We want you to be satisfied with the art consulting services of ART ASSOCIATES. This policy explains how to request a refund for services purchased from us. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

We answer within 2 business days.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.

Artwork bought from third parties

This policy covers the services you pay ART ASSOCIATES for.

Returns or exchanges of artwork bought directly from artists, galleries or other sellers follow that seller's policy, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are happy to help you contact the seller.
